Mindset & Body Reset is an integrative mental health and metabolic wellness practice helping patients address the root causes of anxiety, depression, fatigue, weight gain, and hormonal imbalance. Led by board-certified nurse practitioner Lori Leonard, we combine psychiatric care with metabolic health evaluation to identify nutrient deficiencies, insulin resistance, inflammation, and other biological factors affecting mood and energy. Services include integrative psychiatry, medication management, weight management, GLP-1 medical support, PCOS care, and preventative wellness. Our whole-person approach focuses on improving mood, metabolism, and overall health so patients can feel better and function at their best.
