With over 14 years of professional experience, owner and massage therapist, specializes in combining techniques from Swedish, Deep-Tissue, Myofascial Release, Thai, Shiatsu, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, and Craniosacral Therapy to create a unique and customized treatment plan for each client. Immersed within SpringStone Yoga, the studio provides a serene and comfortable atmosphere, encouraging clients to relax and find balance in both body and mind.
