The Sulzbacher Roman Holiday riverboat will offer a public cruise down the Coosa River on Saturday, July 12, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., departing from the Heritage Park Piggy Green Boat Ramp on Jewell Frost Drive.

 

This laid-back river tour will be led by Jesse Demonbreun-Chapman, Executive Director and Riverkeeper at the Coosa River Basin Initiative. Guests will learn about biological features, wildlife identification, and what makes the Coosa one of America’s most biologically diverse river systems.

 

Tickets are $17.29, with an optional $5 Roman Holiday Rubber Duck upgrade. Service animals only. Weather cancellations are refundable. Questions: 706-295-5576 or jchambers@romega.us.
